Shipping 

If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the number of items ordered, and in addition, your order may be delivered in separate shipments.

Additional taxes and charges 

Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value-added tax, customs duties, and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.

2. Flexible Shipping Rates: For customers in the rest of the United States or for orders under $30, our shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and their destination. This allows you to see exactly how much you'll be charged for shipping before finalizing your purchase.

3. International Shipping: We are exploring the possibility of international shipping, but it's important to note that international shipping can be costly. For inquiries regarding international shipping, please contact us at info@plexalabs.com, and we'll assess each case individually.

4. Order Processing Time All orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and select holidays) with a cutoff time of 1 pm Mountain Time. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. You'll receive another notification when your order ships.

5. In-Store Pickup Please note that we do not offer in-store pickup options.

6. Canada Shipping For our Canadian customers, we offer a flat standard rate of $40 USD for shipping one item to Canada. Shipping times may vary. If you wish to order multiple items, please contact us at info@plexalabs.com, and we'll find the best shipping rate for you.

7. Import Duties and Taxes Be aware that any international order may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and other fees upon reaching your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
